Standing in the Gap for Those Who Protect Us
In obedience to GOD, Carrie Gaard Kings (JD, MDiv), founded the GAARRD Method in Prudence Ministries , established with a singular directive: to minister to the soul-level wounds of warriors, emergency personnel, and frontline families.
After decades in high-stakes legal advocacy combined with formal theological training, Carrie recognized that frontline warfare, deception, burnout, hypervigilance, and moral injury cannot be resolved by secular systems alone. Real freedom requires spiritual armor, scriptural cognitive renewal, and the transformative presence of JESUS CHRIST, preparing the way to set captives free,born again into eternal victory.
